Tasting notes: This wine shows aromas of red fruits (mainly morello cherries) and spices (licorice, grey pepper). On the palate, the tannins are firm and silky and the wine has a great structure.

About the winery:
The Pic and Chapoutier families have known each other for many years. They come from the same region of France and share a passion for creating perfect pairings, matching the finest of dishes with the choicest of wines. An 'oenological' collaboration between Anne-Sophie Pic and Michel Chapoutier was therefore only a matter of times It all started with one wine. From a few hectares of land, in Saint-Peray, owned by the Pic family. Michel Chapoutier gave this vineyard a new lease of life. The first joint wine was born.
